摘要
比较了 3个菌种对煤中黄铁矿表面润湿性的影响 ,并通过单泡浮选实验 ,研究了不同菌种对煤中黄铁矿的抑制作用 .结果表明 :生物抑制作用是一个复杂的动态过程 ,细菌抑制黄铁矿上浮的机理不仅与菌体吸附在黄铁矿表面有关 ,还可能与菌体及其解离物质参与改变反应体系的气液、液固自由能有关 ;在所选择的 3种细菌中 。
A bio flotation process was developed, in which pyrite can be depressed by pre conditioning before flotation in the presence of the bacterium Rhodopseudomonas spheroides. The difference in the surface charge characteristics and hydrophilicity for three different bacteria was discussed. Flotation tests were performed in the Hallimond tube, into which no collector frothier was added, and the suppression effects of three bacteria on pyrite in coal was examined. The results show that Rhodopseudomonas spheroides has a contact angle of 18.3°,and pyrite particles with a size of 0.0074~0.104mm can be suppressed with an efficiency of above 90%.
