本文以市场需求为主确定矿井未来三年的产量状态变化过程，以此为依据提出可行的工作面配采方案，然后根据技术可靠性、经济及煤炭质量指标对每个方案分别进行计算，在众多的方案中用多目标决策方法选择最优配采方案。这种综合考虑市场需求、技术可靠性、经济效益及煤炭质量诸因素确定矿井回采工作面配采接续方案，对提高煤矿管理水平和经济效益是一种有益的尝试。

This article gives the first place to market place requirement and introduces an effort to decide the changing process of yield state in three years. Some possible coordinate mining plans at mine face are proposed by the authors based on it, then to calculate each plan according to technology reliability, economy along with coal quality index, and choose a best coordinate mining plan from numerous planes with way of multiple objective decision. It offers a comprehensive consideration of many factors, such as marketplace requirement, technology reliability, economic performance along with coal quality to decide a continuous coordinate mining operation plan at mine face, and it is a good attempt yet to improve mine plan management level and increase economic performance.
