摘要
以聚丙烯 (PP)为基料 ,通过与纤维级Mg(OH) 2 、红磷 (P)以及其他助剂改性制备阻燃材料。实验结果表明 :当PP、纤维级Mg(OH) 2 和P的比例为 10 0∶95∶5时 ,共混体系的阻燃性能和力学性能均能满足使用要求。通过与PP/球状Mg(OH) 2 /P体系对比 ,发现PP/纤维级Mg(OH) 2 /P体系的拉伸性能优异。
A flame-retardant material of PP/fibre Mg(OH) 2/P was prepared based on polypropylene(PP), fibre Mg(OH) 2 ,red phosphorus(P) and other aid agents. Results show that when PP: fibred Mg(OH) 2:P is 100:95:5, the flame-retardance and mechanical properties of the system can meet the requirement of application. Through comparing with PP/spheric Mg(OH) 2 system,it is found that the tensile strength of PP/fibre Mg(OH) 2/P is excellent.
