摘要
采用丙烯腈 (AN)与丙烯酸 (AA)自由基溶液共聚合 ,以偶氮二异丁腈 (AIBN)为引发剂 ,在二甲基亚砜 (DMSO)中合成了聚丙烯腈纺丝溶液 ,经湿法纺丝制得聚丙烯腈 (PAN )原丝 ,经过热稳定化和炭化得到聚丙烯腈基碳纤维 ,拉伸强度达到 3 .2GPa ,杨氏模量为 2 36GPa。采用扫描。
Free radical solution copolymerization of acrylic acid and acrylonitrile was carried out in DMSO using azodiisobutyronitrile as initiator.The resulting polymerization solution was wet spun to form PAN precursors and carbonized to carbon fibres with the tensile strength 3.2 GPa and Youngs modus 236GPa,respectively.In addition,the morphology of PAN precursors and resultant preoxidized fibers were characterized with SEM and TEM.It has been suggested that fine and closely microstructure sholud be preferential in the fibers which will result in high performance carbon fibers.
