摘要
介绍了采用固床反应器由丙酮缩合加氢合成甲基异丁基酮的工艺。详细考查了反应温度、压力、空速及原料含水量等条件对反应的影响。结果表明反应温度 1 2 0℃、压力 6Mpa、空速 1 .0h- 1、原料含水量小于 0 .5 %为最适宜的反应条件 ,在此条件下丙酮转化率为 40 %、甲基异丁基酮的选择性为 94%。
It has intruduced the technology to synthesize methyl isobutyl ketone using fixed bed and hydrogenation which is gotten by acetone compression.The authors also has examined in detail the influnces to the reaction by temputure,pressure,air speed and water content of materials.The optimum is as follows:reaction tempture 120℃,pressure 6Mpa,air speed 1.0h -1 .In this way,the conversion ratio of acetone is 40%,selectivity of metyl isobutyl ketone is 94%.
