摘要
以固载杂多酸盐TiSiW_(12)O_(40)/TiO_2为多相催化剂,通过乙酸和正戊醇反应合成了乙酸正戊酯,并探讨了诸因素对收率的影响。实验表明,TiSiW_(12)O_(40)/TiO_2具有良好的催化活性,并得到最佳反应条件:醇酸摩尔比1.30:1,催化剂用量占反应物料总量的1.0%,反应时间1.0 h,反应温度107~113℃,收率可达95.94%。
The synthesis of n - amyl acetate from acetic acid and n - pentanol using TiSiW12O40/TiO2 as catalyst was studied. Some effects on product yield were discussed. It was shown that TiSiW12O40/TiO2 had good catalytic activity. Optimum reaction conditions were gained as follows: molar ratio of n - pentanol and acetic acid was 1.30 :1, the amount of catalyst was 1.0% (based on the total reactants) , the reaction temperature was 107 - 113 ℃ , and the reaction time was 1.0 h. The yield can reach 95 .94% .
