摘要 介绍了克劳斯催化剂在回收元素硫过程中的几种失活机理,包括热老化、水热老化、硫沉积及碳沉积,探讨了克劳斯催化剂回收再生的两种方法,即反应器内原生及反应器外再生,简要提出控制克劳斯催化剂失活水平的主要措施。 Several deactivation mechanisms including thermal aging, hydrothermal aging, sulphur deposition and carbon deposition were described. Two methods for regenerating Claus catalysts were discussed which included in situ regeneration inside the reactor and regeneration outside the reactor. The main measures to control the deactivation of Claus catalysts were put forward.
