采用 ICP、XRD、SEM、EDX比表面测定、S含量测定等测试手段对仪征化纤公司化工厂 1 997年 2月至 1 999年 9月使用的 4批加氢催化剂进行了全面的分析 ,找出了 4批催化剂失活原因分别为 Pd流失、S中毒、催化剂破碎。并根据具体情况提出了延长
A thorough analysis was done by means of ICP, XRD, SEM, EDX and surface area determination on samples from four batches of catalyst used by PTA plant of Yizheng Chemical Fiber Co. Ltd. from February 1997 to September 1999. The results show that causes for deactivation of the catalysts are loss of palladium, poisoning by sulfur and collapse of the catalyst. Methods and measures to be taken to prolong service life of Pd/C catalyst are proposed.
