大肠癌MMP-2表达与临床病理的关系

Expression of Matrix Metalloproteinase and its Relation to the Clinicopathology of Coloractal Neoplasm

目的 :探讨基质金属蛋白酶 2 (MMP 2 )在大肠癌中的表达与肿瘤发生发展和转移的关系。方法 :应用免疫组化DAKOEnVisionSystem方法 ,测定MMP 2在 62例不同分期的大肠癌及其癌旁黏膜组织的表达。结果 :全部大肠癌标本均有不同程度MMP 2阳性表达 ,并与癌旁黏膜差异有极显著性(P <0 0 0 5 ) ;MMP 2的表达随着大肠癌的分化程度的增高而减弱 (P <0 0 5 ) ,与Ducks分期呈现正相关 (P <0 0 1) ;淋巴结有转移组与无转移组差异有极显著性 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :MMP 2在大肠癌的发生、发展及转移过程中发挥着重要作用 。

Objective To investigate the expression of MMP 2 in a series of coloractal neoplasm and its relation to the oncogenesis and development of coloractal carcinoma.Methods DAKO EnVision System immunohis tochemical technique is used to detect the expression of MMP 2 in 62 cases with coloractal carcinoma.Results MMP 2 immunohistochemical positivity is observed in all tumor and is significantly higher than that in adjacent noncancerous portions.The poorer the differentiation of the tumor is,the higher the expression of MMP 2 is.The expression of MMP 2 is significantly correlated to Ducks stage,and is much higher in tumor tissue with positive node than that with negative node.Conclusions MMP 2 plays a key role in the development and aggression of coloracal carcinoma.MMP 2 may be a valuable marker of coloratal neoplasm with metastasis.
