肾动脉化疗栓塞结合手术治疗晚期肾癌

Renal Artery Chemoembolization Combined with Operation for Advanced Renal Cancer

目的 :探讨动脉化疗栓塞 (LP TRAE)、手术综合治疗晚期肾癌的价值。方法 :先行肾动脉插管化疗栓塞 ,4周后行手术治疗。结果 :15例患者行根治性切除 9例 (60 .0 % ) ,姑息性切除 6例(4 0 .0 % )。 1、3、5年生存率分别为 10 0 %、66.6%、37.5 %。结论 :LP TRAE结合手术治疗晚期肾癌较单纯化疗、姑息性手术相比 ,疗效高 ,复发率低 。

Objective To study the combined therapy with renal artery chemoembolization and operation for advanced renal cancer.Methods The first step was superselective renal artery chemoembolization.operation was carried on after four weeks.Results The radical operation was 9 cases,the appeasable operation was 6 cases.The 1 year,3 year,and 5 year survival rate were 100%,66.6%,37.5% respectively.Conclusions Compared with single interventional chemotherapy and pure appeasable operation,the combined therapy had higher therapeatic effect and lower relapse rate and longer survival time.It was an effective treatment method to Later period renal cancer.
