汗管瘤雌孕激素受体表达的研究

Expression of Progesterone Receptor and Estrogen Receptor in Syringoma

目的 探讨性激素在汗管瘤发生中的作用。方法 应用免疫组化法检测了 13例汗管瘤雌激素及孕激素受体表达。结果 12例汗管瘤细胞表达孕激素受体 ,13例汗管瘤细胞均无雌激素受体表达。结论 汗管瘤的发生可能与孕激素有关。

Objective To determine the role of sexual hormone in the pathogenesis of syringoma.Methods We examined thirteen cases of syringoma using immunohistochemical staining for estrogen receptor(ER) and progesterone receptor(PR).Results Nuclear and cytoplasmic staining for PR was noted in most of neoplastic cells in 12/13 syringoma cases,nuclear and cytoplasmic staining for ER was not found in all cases.Conclusion Syringoma may be under the control of progesterone.
