5-FU及γ-干扰素等综合治疗巨大尖锐湿疣疗效观察

Clinical Observation of the Effect on Combined Treatment of giant Condyloma Acuminatum with 5-Fluoroacil and γ-Interferon

目的 探讨对巨大尖锐湿疣适宜的治疗方法。方法 采用 5 氟脲嘧啶加 0 .1%肾上腺素局部注射或湿敷 ,并联合γ 干扰素局部注射、二氧化碳激光治疗巨大CA。结果 2 6例巨大CA经综合治疗后 ,2 0例愈合后随访 3月未复发 ,治愈率 76 .9% ,6例出现新发皮损 ,复发率为 2 3.1%。

Objective To explore a proper treating way of giant condyloma acumminatum(CA).Methods Patients with giant CA were treated with 5 fluoroacil and epinephrine by local injection or local using of solution and combined with local injection of γ interferon,CO 2 laser.Results No recurrent was observed in 20 cases within 3 months,The cure rate was 76.9%,with the exception of the other 6 cases,The recurrent rate was 23.1%.Conclusion This method is an ideal treating way for giant CA.
