《中国皮肤性病学杂志》随机对照试验文献方法学评价

Methodological Evaluation of Randomized Controlled Trials in Articles Published by 《The Chinese Journal of Dermatovenereology》

目的 了解《中国皮肤性病学杂志》随机对照试验 (RCT)的现状。方法 用手工检索调查 1990～ 2 0 0 0年间临床研究论文 ,并根据国际标准对所发表的RCT进行了分析。结果 在 46 2 9篇临床研究论文中RCT文章有 2 2 9篇(占文章总数的 4.95 % ) ,且多为中小样本的研究。结论 RCT的数量和质量远远不能满足临床实践的需要。应提倡严格科学设计的多中心、大样本前瞻性RCT研究。

Objective To investigate the present situation of randomized controlled trials(RCT) in articles published by 《The Chinese Journal of Dermatovenereology》.Methods Clinical research paper from 1990 to 2000 were retrieved manually and the published randomized controlled trials were analyzed according to the international criterions.Results There were only 229 RCTs in the total 4629 clinical research paper,the ratio of RCT was 4.95% and most of them only included small or medium size samples.Conclusion The number and quality of RCT in dermatology can't satisfy the demand of clinical practice.Scientific designed multi center,large sample RCT needs to be advocated.
