强制戒毒的艾滋病病毒感染者和艾滋病病人的管理研究

MANAGEMENT OF DRUG ADDICTS INFECTED BY HIV/AIDS ON COMPULSORY DRUG ABSTINENCE

目的·· :探讨适合强制戒毒的艾滋病病毒 (HIV)感染者、艾滋病 (AIDS)病人的管理模式。方法··:对HIV阳性人员采取HIV/AIDS基本知识、降低危害技巧、法律常识教育 ,隔离治疗 ,体能锻炼与心理疏导相结合的综合性所内管理措施。对HIV感染者和AIDS病人视情况分别报批提前出所、保外就医、限期所外戒毒 ,出所前做好通知工作。结果·· :所有患者都增加了关于HIV/AIDS的基本知识 ;掌握了防止二次传播的技巧 ,未出现消极自杀及所内传播现象 ;8例HIV感染者中 ,6例予以提前出所 ,2例予办理保外就医 ,2例AIDS病人报批限期所外戒毒 ,未被批准 ,目前仍在所内。结论·· :对HIV感染者、AIDS病人应有一套规范化的所内管理措施 ;

Objective: To explore proper management patterns for drug addicts infected by HIV/AIDS on compulsory drug detoxification.Method: Knowledge about HIV/AIDS, its harm and techniques of harm reduction and related law were taught to the patients infected by HIV/AIDS; effective,compreh_ ensive treatment including pharmaceutical therapy and psychological therapy were provided in detoxification settings; HIV/AIDS patients were allowed to leave the settings ahead of time with the approval of the authority and had the right to get treatment outside in case they withdrew abused drugs within limited time; before they left detoxification settings, careful and proper notice would be given to their relatives. Result: All the HIV/AIDS patients learned some correct knowledge about HIV/AIDS and the tec_ hniques to avoid retransmission. Nobody was dispirited and intended to commit suicide and retransmit HIV to others. Among 8 HIV positive patients, 6 were approved for leaving the detoxification setting ahead of time, 2 left for treatment at home. Two AIDS patients still stay in the setting for failing to get the permission for leave. Conclusion: Good management practice for HIV/AIDS patients should be estab_ lished inside detoxification settings; management for HIV/AIDS patients outside detoxification settings should be specialized.
