摘要
目的 :对“牙痛滴丸”的滴制工艺及作为质量控制的有效成分的检测方法进行阶段总结。方法 :通过控制料液及冷凝液的温度改变滴丸的重量、外观及内在质量。分别采用高效液相色谱法及气相色谱法 ,对川芎嗪、冰片进行含量测定。结果 :滴丸粒重平均为 0 .0 3克 ,料液温度为 110℃ ,冷凝液温度为 5℃。川芎嗪含量为 0 .0 92 7mg/粒 ,冰片含量为 7.93m g/粒。结论 :降低冷凝液的温度 ,有利于滴丸的外观和内在质量。有效成分的检测方法准确易行 。
Objective: The preparation of YaTongDiWan (for toothache) and the determination of its effective composition for the quality control were established. Method: The weight appearance and quality of the pill can be controlled by the temperature of stuff and the condensate (liquid paraffin). A HPLC method for the determination of the content of chuanciongzine and a GC method for the borneolum syntheticum were established. Result: The mean weight of each pill is 0.03g, the temperature of stuff was kept 110℃ and that of condensate was kept 5℃. The result showed that the content of the chuanxiongzine was 0.092 7mg/pill and the content of the borneolum syntheticum is 7.93mg/pill. Conclusion: It is propitious to reduce the temperature for having good appearance and high quality. The methods of determination for effective compositions were accurate, easily operated and could be used for quality control.
