摘要
目的 :建立新的高效液相色谱测定氢溴酸右美沙芬含量的方法。方法 :色谱条件以 YWG- C1 8色谱柱 ;乙腈 -水 -冰醋酸 (2 0 0∶ 10 0∶ 2 )为流动相 ;检测波长为 2 80 nm测定氢溴酸右美沙芬含量。结果 :含量线性范围 5 0～ 2 0 0μg/ml,回归方程 C =2 3.74· H - 4 6 .77,r =0 .9995 (n =5 )。结论 :本测定方法简便 ,快速 ,结果准确。
Objective: To develop a new HPLC method for determining dextromethorphan hydrobromide. Methods: Chromatograph condition was as follows: column: YWG C 18 ; mobile phase: acetontitrile/water/ice acetic acid (200∶100∶2); detection wavelength: 280nm. Result: The linear range of the assay was 50~200μg/ml and the regression equation was C=23.74H-46.77 (r=0.9995, n=5). Conclusion: The analytical method was simple, rapid and precise.
