Getting the Human beings Chorial Trophocytes by trypsin or DNA enzyme Digest Method

目的获得人绒毛膜滋养层细胞。方法应用胰蛋白酶／ＤＮＡ酶消化法进行消化，经光镜和电镜观察。结果我们获得了人绒毛膜滋养层细胞。结论取人妊娠４５～５５天刮宫术后的绒毛，甲胰蛋白酶消化可得到绒毛滋养层细胞。

Objective To get the human beings chorial trophocytes. Methods By tryosin and DNA enzyme digest methods, we observed the human beings chorial trophcytes with light microscope and electronic microscope. Results The human beings chorial trophcytes were obtained. Conclusions Getting the villi of 45-55 days pregnancy by uterine curettage, we can obtain the chorial trophcytes by trypsin or DNA enzyme digest.
