摘要
激光跟踪测量系统是瑞士徕卡公司生产的高精度工业测量仪器,它具有测量精度高、实时快速、动态测量、便于移动等优点。在航空航天一气车制造、电子工业、高能粒子加速器工程以及大尺寸计量等行业中,均有广泛应用。随着我国上述行业测试计量技术的迅速发展,这类仪器已开始大量引进,如在沈飞、西飞、上飞及一些研究所已应用于生产实践。本文主要介绍激光跟踪仪的原理、校准方法及应用情况。
Laser tracker is an apparatus for industry measurement. It has the advantages of high precision, real-time, dynamic and easy to be moved etc. It has been widely used in aviation, space, aeroplane, auto- mobile and electronical industry and testing departments. With the fast development of testing technolo- gy in China, laser tracker has been used in some factories. But according to the knowledge of surveying, laser tracker is a new instrument, so it's necessary to study on its principle. In this paper, we discuss the principle, calibration method and application of laser tracker system.
