摘要
分析了柯坪块体 1 969年以来强震活动特征 .发现该块体内 6级地震的发生显示出明显的轮回特征 ,且发震周期与新疆地区强震活跃期吻合 ;西克尔和乌什 2个地震活跃区的地震活动对块体内的 6级地震活动有一定的预报意义 ;一次 6级地震发生后该块体内所发生的 4.5级以上地震对于预测未来
Activity characteristics of strong earthquakes in Keping block,Xinjiang since 1969 are analyzed.It is found that the strong earthquakes in the block periodically and circularity occur and the periods are corresponding with active periods of strong earthquakes of Xinjiang region.The seismicities of Xikeer and Wushi small region in the Keping block have a certain significance to prediction of M S≥6 earthquakes in the block.After a M S≥6 earthquakes,activities of M S≥ 4.5 earthquakes in the block indicated places of coming strong earthquakes in a certain extent.
