福建长汀童坊地区推覆构造具有变形强烈、走滑剪切作用明显、延续性好、岩片叠置清晰、同构造花岗岩发育等特点 ,具有冲断推覆而非褶皱推覆特征。其形成不仅与水平挤压作用有关 ,而且还与大型走滑作用有联系。

The nappe structures in Tongfang, Changting County, Fujian Province are characteristic of the intensive deformation, obvious strike slip shearing, good extension, distinct superimposed microlithons and well developed syntectonic granite. They have the features of thrust nappes instead of fold nappes. The formation of the nappe structures in the surveyed area has relations with the horizontal compression and large scale strike slipping.
