本文在考虑气体的可压缩性基础上对叶片气动马达的泄漏进行分析,并推导了相应公式。同时比较了不可压缩流动与可压缩流动的两种间隙泄漏理论的差别。还导出了气动马达具有最小泄漏面积时的最佳长径比公式,这对设计工作是有用的。

In this article, the leakage of the blade pneumatic motors is analyzed basing upon the compressibility of gas and the corresponding formula is also deduced. Unon the gap leakage, a discussion of the difference between the theory of gap leakage of compressible flow and that of the incompressible flow is also given in this paper. The optimal formula of the ratio of length/diameter(L/D )of the pneumatic motor while keeping the leakage area of the pneumatic motor a minimum in the design is also derived, which formula will be very useful in the design.
