摘要 本文系统地分析了国内外传统的电渣重熔气幕封闭流体力学机理。指出当X值较大时,气幕封闭的效果不佳。为此,提出了干燥空气注入法,从而使炉气湿度大幅度降低,能耗减少,熔炼的钢锭氢含量小于2PPM。 This paper gives a systematical analysis of the mechanism of fluid mechanics of the air curtain seal which is traditional for the Electro-Slag Remelt steel production farnace in our country and abroad. It may be shown shat the above mentioned method is not very effective as the value of x is large. Therefore we propose a new method which may be called.the method of fill-in dried air by which the humidity in the furnace is kept very low,the hydrogen content in the steel is less than 2ppm and the energy consumption is kept very low also.
