摘要
用x 射线、差示扫描量热法、电子显微镜法、压汞法、密度法和气体吸收法测定了PAC/CA共混纤维的超分子结构和形态结构。研究结果表明 ,在PAC中加入少量CA高聚物后共混纤维的序态结构变化不大 ,而纤维的形态结构却发生很大的改变 ,共混纤维内部产生大量的微孔 ,其孔隙体积高于普通PAC纤维。这种微孔结构是共混纤维具有高吸水性的内因。
The supramolecular and morphologic structure of PAC/CA blend acrylic fiber has been investigated by applying techniques based on x ray,DSC,electron microscopy,density measurement,mercury porosimetry and gas adsorption The results show that when a little AC polymer is added into PAC,the order structure of blend fiber is slightly changed while the morphologic structure quite different:inside the blend fiber,lots of micropores come into being,whose void volume is larger than that in ordinary acrylic fiber,which renders blend fiber highly water absorbent
