The main objective of this paper is using satellite remote sensing technique to keep informed on soil moisture,crop feature and area of a given region,then,combined with rainfall of earlier stage and weather forecast,to predict the market demanding amount of chemical fertilizer.It is very useful to chemical fertilizer plants for drawing up scientific production and sale plan to produce the biggest ecnomic benefit.
