This paper introdues the techniques about liquating the battery grade mischmetal using the intermediate frequency induction furnace to get a stable content of the elements in the battery grade mischmetal. It chooses appropriate technical conditions and techniques based on the physical and chemical characteristics of the rare earth metals.
