计算拟合离子选择性电极法测定食品中的碘

DETERMINATION OF IODINE IN THE FOODS BY DIGITAL SIMULATION ION SELECTIVE ELECTRODE ANALYSIS

利用计算机拟合离子选择性电极标准加入法测定食品中的碘,方法简便,灵敏度高,检出限为39.8μg/L.线性范围为1.0×102～1.0×105μg/L.该法用于海带、食用盐中碘的测定,RSD分别为2.6%、2.9%,平均回收率分别为98%、93%.

The technology of ISE digital simulation analysis of Iodine is reported. The method takes the advantages of high sensitivity and simplicity. And the detecting limit is 39.8 μg/L, the linear range is 1.0×102-1.0×105 μg/L. The recoveries of kelp and edible salt are 98 % and 93 % respectively.
