工业碳酸钙主含量测定方法的比较与分析

Comparison and Analysis of the Methods for the Determination of Calcium Carbonate Content in Carbonate of Lime

通过实验对工业碳酸钙主含量测定的两种标准方法进行了比较和分析 .结果表明 ,这两种方法的测定结果之间存在显著的系统误差 ,而且同一样品的质量等级 。

In this paper, the two operating rules to determine calcium carbonate content in the precipitation carbonate of lime laid down by GB4794-84 and HG2226-91 were analysed and compared with experiments. The results are as follows: (1) The end point of the titration of the method laid down by GB4794-84 is not very remarkable, (2) The end point of the titration of the method laid down by HG2226-91 is very remarkable ,but the results obtained by the method are always higher than those obtained with GB4794-84 method. The reason is that the results obtained by HG2226-91 method contain CaCO 3 and other compositions which can be dissolved in hydrochloric acid .
