摘要
研究以自制的Zn PTFE复合电极为阴极电合成频那醇 (2 ,3 二甲基 2 ,3 丁二醇 )。探讨了复合电极中PTFE含量、阴极电流密度、电解液温度、电解电量对频那醇产率的影响。实验结果表明 ,以Zn PTFE(PTFE 6 2 5 (wt) % )复合电极为阴极 ,当阴极电流密度为 2 5A·dm-2 、电解液温度为 1 5℃、电解至理论电量的 1 4 0 %时 ,电合成频那醇的产率可达 5 3 6% ,产品的红外谱图与标准谱图相符。
Electrosynthesis of pinacol (2,3\|dimethyl\|2,3\|butanediol) by using Zn\|PTFE composite electrode as cathode was studied.Effects of PTFE content in electrode,current density,temperature of electrolyte and electric quantity on pinacol yield was discussed.The experiment results showed that the pinacol yield can attain 53 6% under the following condiations:current density 2 5A·dm -2 ,temperature of electrolyte 15℃,electric quantity 140% of theoretical and 6 25% PTFE in electrode.The IR spectrum of product is in accordance with the standard spectrum.\;
