摘要
本文采用晶间合金化工艺将合金元素 Mo和 Al直接引入烧结 Nd- Fe- B磁体晶间区域 ,改变晶间区域的合金体系和显微组织 ,以达到提高磁体矫顽力的目的。实验结果表明 :Mo在低温时效过程中可抑制晶间富 Nd相与主相之间的平衡转变 ,使晶界区域析出细小二次主相晶粒 ,使矫顽力提高。
In this paper,Mo and Al alloying element were introduced into the intergranular region of sintered Nd-Fe-B by intergranular alloying technique to modify the alloy system and microstructure and thus enhance the coercivity of magnets.The results show the equilibrium transformation between the main phase and Nd-rich phase could be depressed by Mo addition,resluting in the precipitation of fine second main phase grain,the coercivity can be enhanced.
