摘要 N-甲基 -α-甲硫基乙酰苯胺与高碘酸钠反应得到 N-甲基 -α-(甲亚磺酰基 )乙酰苯胺 (产率 94 % ) ,再在对甲苯磺酸作用下发生分子内 Pummerer反应 ,得到 1 -甲基 -3-甲硫基吲哚 -2 -酮 (产率 61 % ) ,进一步与高碘酸钠反应 ,得到 1 -甲基吲哚 -2 ,3-二酮 ,产率 60 %。通过 IR、1 HNMR、1 3 Reaction of N methyl α methylthio acetanilide with NaIO 4 gave N methyl α methylsulfinyl acetanilide in 94% yield. 1 methyl 3 methylthio indol 2 one was obtained by Pummerer reaction of N methyl 2 methylsulfinyl acetanilide with p toluenesulfonic acid in 61% yield. Reaction of 1 methyl 3 methylthio indol 2 one with NaIO 4 gave 1 methyl isatin in 60% yield.
