摘要 研究了助磨剂A在工业规模试验中的作用及作用机理 ,结果表明助磨剂A在大大提高磨机产量的同时 ,提高了水泥的实物质量。其作用机理在于助磨剂A减小了粉碎阻力 ,防止团聚和糊磨 ,提高粉体的流动性从而提高了粉磨速度以及使细颗粒很快出磨 ,防止了过粉磨现象 ,从而提高了粉磨效率 ;在提高产量方面主要是通过提高选粉机的效率和降低循环负荷率来实现的。 The action and mechanism of a high performance grinding aid A in industrial scale experiment were studied. Results showed that grinding aid A may considerably increase the productivity of cement mill, promote cement objective quality. Economical and social benefit are remarkable. In addition to the theories of reduction in resistance to comminution, prevention or reduction of the fine particle agglomeration , improvement in the flowability and consequent intensification frequency and efficiency between particles and media in the presence of high performance grinding aid cause the positive effect in grinding. The major reason for enhancing strength of the pastes of grinding aid is that grinding aid A improves particle size distribution, increases fineness especially of fine particles of 3 to 32 μm that play major role in enhancing strength of the pasts, consequencly more hydration products are produced.
