摘要
考察了超声波功率、温度、浓硫酸用量和反应时间对 3,5 -二异丙基水杨酸有机合成的影响 ,通过均匀设计 ,优化了该反应物合成的工艺条件。在超声波功率 2 2 0W、反应温度 6 5℃和浓硫酸用量 130mL的条件下 ,常压下反应 12 0min ,产物收率可达到 17.4 2 % ,收率高于文献报道值。
The power of ultrasound, temperature of reaction, quantity of concentric sulfuric acid and reaction time were studied. Through proportional design the reaction conditions were optimized. The yield will reach 17.42 percent under the condition of power:220 W, reaction temperature: 65 ℃, quantity of concentric sulfuric acid: 130 mL when salicylic acid added was 55 g, reaction time under normal pressure:120 min. The yield is higher than reported of others.
