摘要
介绍了在拟低共熔体系中酶促拆分反应新技术的优越性和应用 ,并分析了在拟低共熔体系中酶促拆分过程的影响因素以及拆分热力学、动力学、反应器的设计与放大及目前研究的主要问题。
A brief review on advantages, application of the new technology, enzyme resolution in pseudo-eutectic systems was made, and mainly factors, such as reaction principle, reactor-design and the scale-up possibility in this system were also analyzed.
