摘要
以滚齿为例 ,阐述了齿轮基圆半径原始误差的成因 ,对滚刀啮合误差、轴向齿距误差、齿形角误差、升角、径向跳动、轴向跳动等对工件造成的误差进行逐一分析 ,同时给出滚齿棱度成因分析及提高齿轮加工精度的基本方法 .
Hobbing gear is used as an example in this paper and the cause of orignal error of gear internal radius is explained.the error of hobbing cutter (hobs),engagement,axial progressive error,serrated angle error,and error of the work pieces caused by axial,radial skip and external angle are analysed and discussed respectively,and at the same time,basic method of analysis about the cause of the hobs' arris and improviement of gear finish processing is offered.
