摘要
论述了英语教学中素质教育的特点 ,内容及措施 ,强调在英语教学中 ,让学生通过听、说、读、写等语言实践活动 ,形成语言交际能力 .注重调动学生的非智力因素 ,利用现代教育手段 。
This paper deals with the quality-oriented education in English teaching--the characteristics, the contents and the measures to be taken. Teachers should make students form communicative ability by practicing listening ,speaking, reading and writing. To optimize the classroom teaching, teachers should lay stress on arousing their non-intellectual factors and make good use of modern teaching techniques.
