热等压法钢塑复合管生产技术研究

THE RESEARCH ON PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGY OF THERMAL ISOBARIC METHOD STEEL PLASTIC CLAD TUBE.

针对目前钢塑复合管道的生产现状 ,分析了导致钢塑复合管质量问题的原因。在此基础上开发了热等压法钢塑复合新技术。该技术生产成本低 ,且无污染。所生产的钢塑复合管道其内衬层与钢管基体贴合好、使用寿命长。采用不同材质的衬管、控制复合温度和压力 ,可以生产出满足不同工况、不同介质要求的产品。文中介绍了该生产技术的原理、特点以及产品检验内容和方法。

In accordance with the production stituation of steel plastic cald tube at present,the reason of quality problem for steel plastic clad tube is analized.On this basis,the new technology of thermal isobaric method steel plastic clad tube is developed.The cost of that technology is low and without pollution.The bond between inner plastic lining and steel tube base metal of that steel plastic clad tube is good,and the service life is long.By adopting variable material lining tube,controling the clad temperature and pressure,the product,which can satisfy for the requirement of different working condition and different medium,can be fabricated.The principle and feature of that production technology,the inspection content and method,are recommended in this asticle.
