摘要
以玻璃纤维织布为增强剂,环氧树脂为粘结剂制备玻璃钢,研究了固化剂、稀释剂、偶联剂及玻璃纤维织布等对玻璃钢力学性能的影响,并用玻璃钢增强结构混凝土。研究表明,以60%聚酰胺-650为固化剂、15%丙酮为稀释剂、2%KH-570为偶联剂、800g/m^2的玻璃纤维织布制得的玻璃钢具有较高的拉伸强度,用此玻璃钢增强结构混凝土材料能使混凝土的弯曲强度提高40%,压缩强度提高30%。
The effect of solidifying agent, diluent, coupling, glass fiber on the mechanics property of epoxy resin glass fiber plastics to be used for reinforced concrete structure is studied. The highest tensile strength of glass fiber plastics can be obtained with 800 g/m2 glass fiber weaving, having 60% polyamide - 650 as solidifying agent, 15% acetone as diluent and 2% KH - 570 as coupling agent. Strength of the reinforced concrete structure, can be increases by 40% and the compression strength by 30% .
