摘要
介绍日本最新开发的用于厨房台面板的亚克力BMC树脂及亚克力BMC材料特点 ,成型特征及应用性能 ,它是由双轴挤出机生产的一种人造大理石片材 ,固化时间短 ,不管是生产成本还是成型成本都较低 ,且表面硬度、耐热性。
Acrylic BMC used for kitchen counter developed recently in Japan was introduced in this paper.The characteristics of acrylic BMC resin and acrylic BMC material,its formability and operational properties were described and showed that it was a kind of artificial marble sheet materials with shorter curing time produced by twin screw extruder.Cost of production and molding was low and surface hardness,heat resistance,weatherability of acrylic BMC were better than those of general BMC.
