摘要
采用质量分数为 5 0 %的工业双氧水为引发剂 ,乙醇为溶剂 ,丁二烯为单体 ,在不锈钢高压反应釜中进行自由基溶液聚合 ,合成了液体端羟基聚丁二烯。考察了引发剂、溶剂、温度、时间、搅拌转速等因素对产品产率及性能的影响 ,对聚合物的相对分子质量分布、粘度、羟值等性能进行了表征。结果表明 ,双氧水以分批加入为宜 ,选用适合的起始用量及补加量能较好地控制丁羟胶的相对分子质量和羟值 ,使相对分子质量分布变窄。最佳合成工艺条件为 :反应温度 (113± 2 )℃ ,时间3h ,搅拌速度 70r/min ,乙醇用量 80~ 10 0g(按 10 0g丁二烯计 )。
The hydroxyl terminated polybutadiene (HTPB) was synthesized by free radical polymerization in higher pressure reactor, with H 2O 2(50% by weight) as initiator, alcohol as solvent. The effects of initiator, solvent, temperature, time and stirring rate on the yield and properties of HTPB were investigated. The molecular weight and its distribution, viscosity, hydroxyl value were respectively characterized with VPO, GPC and rotational viscometer. The result showed that initiator H 2O 2 should be added in batches. The optimal technological parameters include: reaction temperature (113±2)℃, reaction time 3 h, stirring rate 70r/min, use level of alcohol is 80~100g per 100g butadiene.
