Discussion on Moderate Automatization of Electrical Alloy Production

本文在对电工合金企业考察的基础上 ,通过分析电工合金生产的特点和传统机械式自动装置的局限性 ,提出基于机器视觉的适度自动化的观点 ,设计了相应的系统结构、工件识别和系统执行的控制算法 ,并提供了必要的数据结果。

In this paper, Through investigation of electrical alloy enterprise, conceptions of 'Moderate Automatization' and 'Low Cost Automatization' based on machine vision are introduced by means of analysis of the characteristics of electrical alloy production and the limits of traditional automation mechanism, and system structure and algorithms of workpiece recognition and system control are designed, and meanwhile the necessary data are provided to show the accuracy, feasibility and prospect of the system, which can be a good example of moderate automatization.
