摘要
自蔓延高温合成 (SHS)是制取精细工程陶瓷粉体材料的一种新型方法。本文介绍了 SHS生产的二硼化钛 (Ti B2 )类新型精细工程陶瓷材料的优良特性和应用 ,特别在高级电工、电极、电导材料领域的发展和应用。
Self Propagating High Temperature Synthesis (SHS) is a new method to manufacture advanced engineered materials. Here we introduce the super properties and applications of SHS advanced engineered materials. Especially the applications and development of these advanced engineered materials in electric, conductive, and electrode fields.
