摘要
对Fe3 + 离子改性的丝光沸石 (Fe NaM)催化甲苯环上选择性氯化反应进行研究 ,发现低Fe3 + 含量的Fe NaM对位选择性催化能力比天然丝光沸石NaM以及高Fe3 + 离子含量的Fe NaM等要强 ,而经过X 射线衍射分析表明其中Fe NaM的晶形与NaM的相同。借助装填有适量Fe NaM的填料塔进行甲苯全回流条件下的氯化反应 ,在通氯速率为 35ml/min和甲苯的转化率不超过 40 %的范围内 ,对位 /邻位比高达 3 9,对氯甲苯的选择性为 78%
The selective chlorination toluene catalyzed by using mordenite modified with Fe3+ has been studied. The paraselective catalysis of Fe-NaM(mordenite)with low Fe3+ content is more powerful than NaM or the one with high content of Fe3+, and the X-ray diffraction analysis showed that Fe-NaM retained the same crystal form as NaM. The para-selectivity was more than 78% and p-/ o-chlorotoluene isomer's proportion was up to 3.9 when the toluene chloridized with total reflux in catalytic distillation column filled with Fe-NaM, Cl2 velocity 35 ml/min, and toluene conversion below 40%.
