摘要
通过分析废碱液蒸发系统的影响因素 ,开发出YH 1型废碱液蒸发促进剂和相应的蒸发工艺 ,并在环己酮装置上进行工业实验。得到最佳的工艺条件 :促进剂的质量分数为 0 4× 1 0 - 6 ~ 1 0× 1 0 6 ,蒸发温度 1 0 0~ 1 1 7℃ ,加入方式为连续式或者间断式。结果证明该工艺对原流程改造少 。
A YH 1 type of evaporating accelerant on waste lye and its corresponding evaporating process were developed on the basis of the effect factors of evaporating system.And an industrial trial was made on the cyclohexanone unit.The optimal conditions were as follows: evaporation under 100~117℃ with accelerant mass fraction of 0 4×10 -6 ~1 0×10 -6 in a continuous or batch way.The results showed that the process is simple and feasible with small alteration on original process.
