摘要
对β沸石进行水蒸气处理获得一种高活性和稳定性的合成丙二醇乙醚用固体酸催化剂。考察了反应温度、反应压力、乙醇与环氧丙烷进料摩尔比、环氧丙烷空速对反应转化率和选择性的影响 ,确定了适用于改性 β沸石催化剂的最佳工艺条件 :90~ 110℃ ,0 2~ 0 4MPa。经批量放大制备的催化剂用于催化蒸馏中试研究 ,与小试结果一致。
A novel catalyst with high activity and long life for the synthesis of propylene glycol monoethyl ether(PGME) was prepared by steaming zeolite β at elevated temperature.The influence of temperature,pressure,mole ratio of ethanol to propylene oxide and feed rate of PO on the conversion of propylene oxide and selectivity of PGME were investigated.The optimal operating temperature and pressure were 90~110 ℃ and 0 2~0 4 MPa.Pilot experimental results show that the modified β catalyst is a satisfactory catalyst for the synthesis of PGME by catalytic distillation process.
