摘要
用改进的Rose平衡釜测定了等压 (10 1 3 2 5kPa)下 4个三元物系 (水 -乙醇 -叔丁醇 ,水 -乙醇 -乙基叔丁基醚 ,水 -叔丁醇 -乙基叔丁基醚 ,乙醇 -叔丁醇 -乙基叔丁基醚 )和 1个四元物系 (水 -乙醇 -叔丁醇 -乙基叔丁基醚 )的汽液相平衡数据。对汽相采用维里方程及Prausnitz混合规则进行非理想性修正 ,对液相采用Wilson活度系数方程进行数据关联。以此为基础 ,预测了上述 5个多元物系汽液相平衡数据 ,并与试验值进行了比较 ,两者较为一致。
Vapor-liquid equilibrium data were measured with a modified Rose equilibrium still under isopiestic pressure (101 325 kPa) for a quaternary system of water-ethanol-tert butyl alcohol-ethyl tert butyl ether,and four ternary systems including water-ethanol-tert butyl alcohol,water-ethanol-ethyl tert butyl ether,water-tert butyl alochol-ethyl tert butyl ether,and ethanol-tert butyl alcohol-ethyl tert butyl ether.Virial equation was used to calculate the fugacity coefficients of vapor phase and the Wilson equation was used to calculate active coefficient in the liquid phase.The predicted results of vapor-liquid equilibrium for the above five systems agreed well with experimental data.
