摘要
采用工业原料配制出具有良好耐高温性能的水硬性磷铝酸盐耐火水泥 ,研究了该水泥的高温体积收缩和抗压强度。结果表明 ,水泥中主要的耐高温相有新三元化合物L相、二元化合物CXP以及CA2 ,在 1 50 0℃ ,其抗压强度可高达 60 7MPa。借助XRD和SEM分析了磷铝酸盐水泥的耐高温机理。
The hydraulic refractory phosphoaluminate cement was prepared by industrial raw materials,and its volume shrinkage and compressive strength at high temperature were investigated.The results indicate that the new ternary compound L and binary compounds CxP and CA 2 are the main refractory phases,of which the compressive strength is up to 60.7MPa at 1500℃.The refractory mechanism of the cement was analysed by means of XRD and SEM.
