摘要
SO2 - 4 /TiO2 、SO2 - 4 /ZrO2 和JHC(锡类化合物 )对合成硬脂酸己酯均具有良好的催化活性。JHC的催化活性最为显著。当JHC用量为 0 1% (质量分数 )、反应温度为 15 5℃时 ,所得产物的产率、转化率和酯含量均在 99%以上。对JHC体系考察了催化剂用量、反应温度和反应时间以及不同投料比等对反应的影响。还报道了硬脂酸己酯在塑料工业中的应用情况。
SO 2- 4/TiO 2,SO 2- 4/ZrO 2 and JHC (a chemical compound of tin) exhibit good catalytic activity in the synthesis of hexyl stearate.The catalytic activity of JHC is the best among them,with the yield,conversion rate and content of hexyl stearate all over 99% at a JHC mass percent of 0 1% and a temperature of 155 ℃.The effects of amount of JHC,reaction time,temperature and ratio of reactants were investigated.The application of hexyl stearate to the plastics industry was also reported.
