摘要
介绍了一种新的丙烯氨氧化法生产丙烯腈过程副产乙腈的连续精制工艺技术。新技术采用脱氰、化学处理、减压共沸精馏和加压共沸精馏等方法 ,解决了原乙腈精制装置中存在的产品纯度低和产品收率低等问题。工业应用表明 ,采用新技术乙腈产品纯度达到 99 9%以上 ,回收率达到 90 %以上 ,装置的经济效益得到大幅度提高。
This article introduces a new propylene-ammoxidation process that produces acrylonitrile with acetonitrile as byproduct.The new process employs technologies of HCN-removal,treatment with NaOH,and combined azeotropic distillation under pressure and reduced pressure to overcome the problems of low purity and low yield of acetonitrile and produce acetonitrile with a purity of over 99 9%,with a recycling rate of product of over 90%,so that the economic benfits increases greatly.
