以甲酸为助溶剂 ,α-萘酚苯基甲醇为指示剂 ,用非水滴定法测定康脑灵中盐酸赖氨酸的含量 ,方法简便快速 ,选择性好 ,灵敏度高 ,回收率为 99.2 5 % ,RSD=0 .6 1%
Using formic acid as cosolvent,α naphtholbenzein as indicator, lysine hydrochloride was determined by non aqueous titration method with high selectivity and sensitivity, and the recovery was 99.25%, RSD was 0.61 %
