根据对汽车门铰链的设计和使用所提出的要求,设计并开发了一套汽车门铰链动静强度性能测试试验系统。通过对试验台基本组成的描述,系统分析了试验台的工作原理。通过对某型号汽车前后门铰链的试验过程分析,该试验系统各项性能指标达到或超过了原设计指标要求．

With the demands of auto door hinge on the design and service, the basic composition of dynamic & static strength test sys-tem for auto door hinge was introdured, and the working principle was described in this paper. It is shown that all kinds of perfor-mance index of this system met the requirement of design, on basis of analysis on the test of front and rear door hinges of some typevehicle.
